Exercise Consultations

 I will discuss your fitness goals and review your current exercise regimen. Afterwards, I will work with you to develop an individualized program to help you achieve your goal

Some people do not need full personal training that is in-person, so this is a way to get feedback on your program without requiring an in-person visit and taking you through a physical workout.
